Felix Named One of Canada’s Top Growing Women-Led Companies in 2025

We’re proud to announce that, thanks to the dedicated leadership of our co-founder and COO Emma Stern, Felix has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top Growing Women-Led Companies in Report on Business Magazine. 

Leading with purpose

Emma co-founded Felix in 2019 with one main purpose: to revolutionize how Canadians access healthcare by making it more convenient, inclusive, and patient-centred — particularly for stigmatized health issues that often get overlooked. Drawing from her own challenges and personal experience as a patient, Emma has always kept women’s health at the centre of this mission.

Under her guidance, Felix has expanded online access to treatment and ongoing care for critical health concerns, including birth control, weight loss, and menopause. Recognizing the need for women-led medical expertise, Emma has also built a leadership team that reflects this commitment — bringing in accomplished leaders like Dr. Kelly Anderson, Felix’s Medical Director, and Tracey Phillips, Felix’s Pharmacy Director.
