Roles & responsibilities
Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns with a focus on media buying/direct response marketing across FB, Instagram, Google.
Own and execute all search engine marketing
Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level
Work closely with Director of Marketing to conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement, ensuring consistent brand voice across all initiatives
Ability to synthesize both quantitative and qualitative information into a compelling story that resonates with potential customers.
Understand deeply the lifecycle of customers on Felix and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end spanning all marketing channels including email, social, digital advertising and more. You will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, media buy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, analytics and creative to meet ambitious growth targets
A proven track record of scaling early stage startup and their digital products through direct response marketing.
A love of data and can analyze a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them
The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans
First-hand experience with email marketing, and get excited about things like subject lines and calls to action (we do!)
Self starter with a bias toward action who operates with a sense of urgency
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, Google Analytics, Photoshop, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, mixpanel (or, other Social Media Management Systems)
