Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join the Felix Product team. Reporting directly to the Product Manager, you’ll execute designs for the patient portal onboarding experience as well as our doctor and pharmacy portals. You’ll focus on increasing in-product conversion, reducing touch points for all users by building new features, and continuously iterating based on user feedback. This role will require you to work closely with Engineering, Product Operations and CX teams.

Seniority Level: Junior to Intermediate 


  • Help guide decisions and execute designs for the entire Felix product ecosystem

  • Focus on optimizing the signup, onboarding and return user experience to drive acquisition and retention

  • Champion user-centred design across the company, including conducting user research to discover problems or validate solutions

  • Bring a mobile first approach to all design problems

  • Share work early and often and seek out constructive feedback from the team

  • 2+ years experience designing products in a technology company, startup preferred

  • Portfolio of work that has shipped (e.g. product/feature launch) for which you were the primary designer


Nice to haves

  • Front-end development experience (HTML + CSS)

  • Experience developing and evolving designs systems

  • Ability to plan, scope, and contribute to roadmaps/strategy
