What is Tadalafil?
Tadalafil is a drug that belongs to the cGMP-Specific Phosphodiesterase Type 5 Inhibitor (PDE5) family of medications.
Tadalafil is primarily used as a treatment for men between the ages of 18 and 65, who are experiencing symptoms of erectile dysfunction (ED).

How does Tadalafil work?
Following sexual stimulation, tadalafil works by helping the blood vessels in your penis to relax, allowing the flow of blood into your penis. This results in improved erectile function.
It’s important to note that sexual stimulation is still needed for tadalafil to function.
What is Tadalafil used to treat?
Tadalafil is used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. This occurs when a man cannot get, or keep a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity.
How do you take Tadalafil?
Tadalafil should be taken at least 30 minutes prior to engaging in sexual activities; although the medication can remain active for up to 36 hours.
If you’re taking tadalafil treatments, it should only be taken once per day, with the above medication effect timing kept in mind.
Daily doses of tadalafil (2.5 or 5mg doses) don’t need to be taken at any specific time of day, although it’s best if they’re taken at the same time each day.
